Coastal Carolinas · Members Only

We build ourselves before we build anything else.

This is for men who own the business, sign the front of the cheque, and carry the weight nobody else sees. If you have nobody to be straight with about what is actually happening in your company, this room was built for you.

02 · The Problem

Nobody taught you how to carry this alone.

You built this business on your own, and most days it still runs like you are the only one holding it up. Your employees need you certain, even on the days you are not. Your clients need you confident, even when the numbers say otherwise. Your family needs you steady, even when nothing under you feels steady at all.

There is nowhere to put that weight down. You cannot tell your team you are stuck — they need direction, not doubt. You cannot tell your spouse everything — she is already carrying enough. You cannot tell another owner in your own industry — he is watching your numbers, not your back.

So you carry it. Quietly, competently, alone. Most owners do. Most owners never stop.

The Builder’s Code exists because a man who owns a business needs a room where being stuck is not a weakness to hide. A room built by owners, for owners, where the men across the table have signed the same personal guarantees, made the same payroll calls at midnight, and know exactly what your silence is costing you.

You do not need sympathy. You need men who have already solved the problem you are stuck on, and who expect the same from you when it is their turn.

That is the room. Come build in it.

Being stuck is not a weakness to hide. It is a Tuesday.

03 · The Qualification

Three things get you in the room.

You own a business.

Operating, revenue-generating, your name on it. Not a plan, not a side thing you might start.

You bring cards.

Every man brings business cards to every meetup. Referrals move on paper here.

You show up.

Monthly, in person. The Code has something to say about men who go quiet.

04 · The Rhythm

What actually happens.

Monthly speaker meetup

An owner or operator who has done the thing, then open floor.

Cookouts

Family and friends, a few times a year. The men meet each other’s people.

The Tennessee trip

Annual, for the boys. Rented house, no agenda but the one we set.

Rotating venues

Member businesses and local rooms across the Coastal Carolinas.

05 · The Six Rules

The Code.

  1. No weakness allowed

This is a brotherhood built on discipline and accountability. No whining, no excuses, no victim mindset. If you want sympathy, this isn’t the place.

  2. Support each other’s businesses

We’re here to build each other up. Share your business, your skills, your services — and support the other builders in this group. We win together.

  3. Brotherhood stays in brotherhood

What’s said in this group stays in this group. No drama. No gossip. No running your mouth outside this circle.

  4. Engage or be forgotten

Show up. Comment. Share your wins. Share your struggles. Hold other men accountable. If you’re silent too long, you’ll be removed.

  5. Bring value, not just presence

Every man brings something to the table: a contact, a lesson, a referral, or a hard truth. Showing up empty-handed doesn’t count.

  6. Lead by example

Be the man you say you are. On here. At home. At work. Everywhere. No fake men allowed.

07 · Who Holds The Room

Founders.

[FOUNDER 1 NAME]

[FOUNDER 1 BUSINESS]

[FOUNDER 1 BIO]

[FOUNDER 2 NAME]

[FOUNDER 2 BUSINESS]

[FOUNDER 2 BIO]

[FOUNDER 1 NAME] and [FOUNDER 2 NAME] hold every due paid into this group. The money funds venue costs, speaker fees, the cookouts, the Tennessee trip, merch production, and a reserve for the months that don’t go as planned. Nothing here is a side income for either of us — the founders pay dues too.
